After that Make new profile with the following settings..
ApN : www
Proxy : 80.239.243.210
Port : 80
After that install downloaded Opera mini on your mobile and apply following settings...
Select Proxy type as : HTTP
And put the http host as : m.twitter.com
Just save the settings and enjoy free 3G on Vodafone
